Congrats to Karen Williams, AIA (M.Arch 2005), the Orlando AIA selection for the Fred Pryor Young Architect Achievement Award. The announcement states that “this young architect demonstrates what we desire to see in the profession. She is driven, passionate and positive about the profession of architecture. She is a born leader and is willing to face challenges head on. As a sustainable design enthusiast, she shares her knowledge of sustainable design practices with both the community and the students she mentors. She is a future face of the architectural community.
