The article “Puerta de Tierra is designated as a historic district” appears in El Nuevo Día, the newspaper w/ the highest circulation in Puerto Rico. It highlights the work of FAMU SAET Prof Dr. Arleen Pabón Charneco, “who was in charge of drafting and defending said nomination (of Puerta de Tierra) before the National Register of Historic Places.”
